Hi y'all!
I don't know about you but, meal planning has always been a struggle for me. A love hate kind of relationship really. I love eating food but I hate planning the meals. Well, I have been inspired by an awesome project I saw on pinterest, which you can see here, and it has prompted me to create a challenge for myself. A challenge to have a plan for dinner prepared ahead of time so all I have to do is enjoy cooking it. Like I said, cooking is the fun part...deciding what we are having is not. Each Monday I will be posting the meal plan in our house for the week and the recipes to go along with the meals.
Monday's are like our Sunday's around here so our week runs Tuesday-Monday. I will call it...Meal Plan Monday.
I plan on getting this in order and started the first week of May. I need time to prepare my awesome menu board, which will (of course) result in an awesome tutorial for you, and my book of recipes.
I figure if I put it in writing I have to stick to it, right? Here's hoping!

oh PLEASE make it look easy so that I will follow in your footsteps and do this too! Meal planning and dinner is easily the most stressful part of my day!
