Thoughts of the night.
Well, tomorrow makes 39 weeks....I am so excited and sad at the same time. We should be sharing this time with Charlie but he isn't here - physically anyway. I feel like I see signs of him all the time but it doesn't make it any easier. I wish all this anger and question would go away. I pray for it all the time but it only seems to get worse. At least I know he is safe and happy in heaven watching over us. Hopefully it's just my hormones and the reality of the situation really starting to finally hit home with me. I can't wait to hold our little blessing Cannon and I pray every day, multiple times a day, that he will be healthy and just like Charlie - perfect. They say the good die young. Well, if that's so I believe it because Charlie was such a great kid. So easy going and never a problem child or whiner.
Ugh...Okay, that's all I can do for tonight on that subject.
Today was an interesting day. We weren't planning on buy anything today and we ended up buying 2 major purchases! First I found on craigslist a LG HE washer and dryer listed for $500 and I got her down to $450!! Well, I couldn't hardly believe it until she emailed me back so we went right away to see them and it was real! There is one spot that is damaged but its cosmetic and I am sure I can fix it somehow...at least mask it. :)
The other purchase was the HP Touchpad 32GB. Apparently HP is discontinuing them and I got it for $149! :) This will come in handy I think...
I have been staying busy with lost of projects around the house. Nothing that was necessary but I find myself feeling the need to make slight changes around the house....It's a good way to pass time. I finally found the strength and focus to create the shadow box for the hand and foot print and the lock of his beautiful blond curly hair they gave me from Charlie when he passed away. I am glad I did it and now we can look at it every time we go to Cannon's room. :) Our angel will never be forgotten and will forever be with us.
I also chopped my hair again...It must be a mental thing that I am subconsciously changing subtle things in my life. Here's some pics...
